stearnzie Thirty DAY 19


Good run today. although very hot! Just a little over 3 miles.

I wish you could see the amount of sweat that is dripping from my body right now.

Ugh. It's too hot to run. May I recommend a hydration tip? Clif Shot Blocks. They are these gummi electrolyte cubes that you pop in while you're running. They are GREAT!
